Our Story
Align Talent Collective was built from a shared belief that representation should feel both intentional and deeply human. As founders, we’ve spent our careers working closely with artists, supporting their growth, navigating opportunities, and understanding what it truly takes to build something lasting.
Built by two women who have experienced this work from every angle – as agents, producers, and advocates – Align lives at the intersection of deep expertise and genuine care. We understand what creatives need, not just professionally, but personally, because we’ve spent years inside the rooms where these decisions are made.
Align exists to support artists as whole people, not just for what they can do, but for who they are. We believe in building careers with intention, creating space for growth, alignment, and long-term success.
At its core, Align is about relationships. The kind that are built over time, grounded in honesty, and guided by a shared vision for what’s possible.
Meet the Founders
Shayna Brouillard
Founder & President
Shayna Brouillard has spent over two decades doing one thing with rare consistency: advocating for the careers of creative talent.
She began her journey in the dance industry at the ground floor, learning every corner of the business from the inside out. Rising from intern to Partner, she earned a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in commercial dance representation. A career built across decades at the highest levels of the industry has seen her shape the careers of world-class choreographers and creatives at every stage of their journey.
Her roster has included artists who have graced the biggest stages in entertainment, from award show performances and world tours to the sets of major film and television productions. Ask Shayna what she's most proud of, and she'll point not to the credits, but to the relationships. She is the kind of agent who remembers where you came from and where you're trying to go.
What sets Shayna apart is her refusal to treat talent as a transaction. In a world where dancers are often submitted en masse and left to fend for themselves, she has always led with intention carefully matching artists to opportunities that reflect who they are, not just what they can do. That philosophy is the foundation of Align.
Shayna spent years mastering the craft of representation before a new chapter - motherhood - reframed everything. With fresh purpose and a determination to do things differently, she built the agency she always wished existed. That's Align.
She lives in Agoura Hills with her wife, their daughter and their dog. A proud member of the queer community and a certified Reiki Master, the same values that shape her life shape her work.

Meredith Fridline
Co-Founder & Vice President
Meredith Fridline has built her career on the premise of showing up for others and pouring her energy into helping them find their footing, grow their careers, and step into their potential. That kind of care isn't something she learned; it's simply who she is.
Her path into the industry began behind the scenes, where she developed a sharp instinct for what it takes to run a creative career at the highest level. As the right hand and producer for Julianne Hough, she was the operational engine behind a multi-faceted entertainment enterprise, managing daily operations, overseeing brand partnerships, producing live shows, and ensuring that the business of creativity ran as smoothly as the creativity itself. It was demanding, high-stakes work, and she thrived in it.
Meredith's deeper calling was more personal than that. She launched her own talent management company built entirely around the philosophy she lives by. Building careers with a solid foundation and trust. Not just managing logistics but genuinely caring for the people behind them. She believed that when a client has a solid foundation, clear identity, smart strategy, real support and everything else follows.
It is that same ethos that led Meredith to co-found Align Talent Collective. At its core, her work has always been about people understanding what they need, protecting what they've built, and growing into what they're capable of becoming. Align was built as a reflection of that belief, a place where careers are nurtured with intention, strategy, and genuine care. Today, she leads operations, partnership development, and talent strategy with the same thoughtfulness she has always brought to the artists she serves.
A Midwesterner at heart, Meredith now lives in Laurel Canyon. The same values that guide her — trust, honesty, respect, and genuine support — are the foundation of both her work and Align.
