Welcome @shhhrrera to Align Talent Collective 💚

Some artists master one lane. Sierra built a career in two.
She’s toured with the legendary Madonna, performed for the FIFA World Cup Final and Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl, booked campaigns for Bose, Apple, Walmart, Skechers (and more), and performed Benjamin Millepied’s work on stages all over the world. Concert dance and commercial, the two world’s most performers have to choose between, and she crosses between them like most people cross a room.

But a resume can’t show you what makes Sierra, Sierra.

She’s as humble as she is gifted, but she carries a quiet certainty about what she’s worth. She talks about the biggest moments of her career as something bigger than herself, and she credits every collaborator by name.

What you don’t see on paper is the leader she is in a room, organized, invested, on top of every detail, the person a choreographer trusts to hold it all together. She’s got a real business mind underneath the artistry, and a family she carries with her into everything she does. She’s the whole package, and she knows exactly what she brings.

We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And Sierra is the one who can walk into any room, in any world, and belong there.

Welcome home, Sierra. 💚
Welcome @de7eah to Align Talent Collective 💚

Some artists wait to be found. De’Leah went out and booked it herself.

Her first professional job, before she ever had an agent, was Usher’s “RUIN” video. Since then, she’s performed at the Hollywood Bowl and been in rooms full of the people she’s always looked up to. She’s early, and she’s already in the door.
But a resume can’t show you what makes De’Leah, De’Leah.

The first thing that pulled us in was how she moves, specifically how she freestyles. It’s hers, unmistakably, and underneath it is real training. Not many can carry that much originality and discipline at once, and fewer still this early in her career. She talks about every booking with the same wide-open gratitude, still a little amazed it’s real. That hunger, paired with what she can already do, is exactly the kind of artist we want to grow with.

We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And De’Leah is the one who bet on herself first, and is only getting started.
Welcome home, De’Leah. 💚
We’re not here to tell you who your agent should be. We’re here to make sure you know what to look for when choosing one.

Finding the right representation isn’t just about being signed, it’s about finding the right fit for YOU and your career.

No gatekeeping. Just the things we think every artist should know 💚

Welcome @theresastone91 to Align Talent Collective💚

Some artists master one lane. Theresa built a career in every one of them.
Choreographer. Dancer. Director. Teacher. Some of the biggest names in music have trusted her, from Doja Cat and Alicia Keys to Lady Gaga, Cher, and Eminem. You’ve seen her work on some of your favorite television shows and when a brand like Nike builds something big, she’s part of the team making it move.

And then she made her own. “Technical Difficulties,” a short film she wrote, directed, and choreographed, a film about women, took Best Experimental Music Video at the Cannes Film Awards last year.

But a resume can’t show you what makes Theresa, Theresa.
We’ve known her since she was a teenager at convention, twenty years now, and her voice was already unmistakable back then. You can watch a piece and know it’s hers before you see her name. It’s storytelling in the body, a signature you can’t fake and can’t teach. Hand her something she’s never done before, and you can count on her to figure it out. She always finds a way. Her students, her family, and her own work get her whole heart, the softest and most earnest version of her.

We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And Theresa is the one who moves between every lane without ever losing her own voice.
Welcome home, Theresa.💚

The right people change everything. 💚

This week on Substack 📣 began with one photo I stumbled across from two years ago.

It reminded me why showing up matters.

You’ll find that photo waiting for you at the very end of the story.

💚 Tag someone who’s always been in your corner, then tell them why. They deserve to hear it today.

Welcome @breonnavann to Align Talent Collective 💚

Some artists you sign for the work behind them. Breonna, we signed for the road ahead.

But a resume can’t show you what makes Bree, Bree.
She’s the one who thanks the whole room by name because for her, dance was never a solo pursuit. It’s a community she pours into and pulls right back from. She reads a room’s energy and she shifts it, raises it, moves it. She shows up ready, open, and all in.

We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And Bree is just getting warmed up.

Welcome home, Bree. 💚

Welcome @chloe.jewelll to Align Talent Collective 💚

Some artists you sign for what they’ve done. Chloe, you sign for where she’s clearly going.

With a national commercial under her belt and an acting career building right next to the dance one, she’s early in the climb and already moving like someone who’s done this a while.
But a resume can’t show you what makes Chloe, Chloe.
Nobody has to push Chloe. She’s already three steps ahead, chasing the next thing before anyone asks her to. No entitlement, no waiting to be handed anything, just a young artist who treats every opportunity like she earned it and has to earn the next one too.

That kind of drive paired with this little ego is the reason we said yes. We’re betting on Chloe.
We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And Chloe is the one who’s just getting started and already impossible to look away from.

Welcome home, Chloe. 💚
